Eladie has been committed to the development and construction industries for the past 7 years, concentrating on both planning and research within the industry. Eladie works in identifying key markets that Elle Corporation operates within, as well as keeping up to date with the local and regional planning requirements. Graduating with a degree in Property Economics, majoring in project management, Eladie has developed a strong understanding of both the theoretical as well as practical aspects of development and successfully managed two development companies, Ace Homes and Suncoast Homes.

With a focus on market driven solutions, Elle Corp. constructs and invests in residential and commercial projects in key locations yielding high returns. It also produces developments that are contemporary in both design and quality, from project and construction management, through to sales and marketing. Elle Corp. has a dedicated focus on acquiring, leasing and managing all areas of investment assets.

Eladie has project managed and been actively involved in the sourcing, approval and delivery of a wide range of property developments from boutique to large-scale commercial and residential developments, shopping centres and resort-style complexes.

A key aspect of this company is to move forward in developing leading edge projects at the centre of both urban renewal and lifestyle locations. Elle Corp produces developments that are contemporary in both design and quality, from project and construction management, through to sales and marketing.

Eladie is a member of the, Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors, the Building Services Authority and the Housing Industry of Australia. Eladie is also a qualified Carpenter with licences in both Queensland and New South Wales.

Extensive knowledge of all facets of property investment and development and an understanding of the economic drivers enables Eladie to provide strategic decisions to be made about the direction of Elle Corp.
